2. Google Sheets Data: We access the Google Sheets you explicitly provide links to in order to fetch prompt templates. This includes:
   • Reading the content of the cells in the specified sheets
   • Sheet names and structure We do not collect or store any other data from your Google account or other Google services.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide and maintain our service of reading your prompt templates from Google sheets and making it available via extension in AI chatbots
2. Improve and personalize your experience
3. Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
4. Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends

Data Sharing

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties. All data processing occurs locally on your browser.

Data Storage and Security

We do not store your Google account information or Google Sheets data on our servers. All data is processed locally on your browser. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Data Retention And Deleteion

As we do not store your data on our servers, there is no long-term data retention. Any data accessed during the use of the extension is only held in browser extension’s local storage and is automatically deleted when your remove the extension.

You can revoke the extension’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

Third-parity services

Our extension uses Google’s OAuth 2.0 for authentication and Google Sheets API to fetch data from sheets. We do not transfer your data to any other third-party services. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle data.
